A free office suite that runs in your browser: a word processor, a spreadsheet and a presentation editor for .docx, .xlsx and .pptx files.

  • QuireDocuments with track changes, comments, footnotes, tables of contents and mail merge. Opens and saves .docx, .rtf, Markdown, HTML and text; prints to PDF.
  • LedgerSpreadsheets with 519 functions, charts, PivotTable reports and conditional formatting. Opens and saves .xlsx, .csv, XML Spreadsheet 2003 and HTML; prints to PDF.
  • LecternPresentations with transitions, animations, charts and IntelliArt diagrams. Opens and saves .pptx; exports PDF, PNG and HTML.
  • Your files stay whole. What you don't change is saved as it was, even what the apps can't edit yet, so a file goes back to whoever sent it intact.
  • Private by design. Everything runs on this computer: nothing is uploaded, and there is no account to make.
  • Nothing new to learn. Classic menus and toolbars, or a ribbon: choose one under Themes.
  • Works offline. After the first visit it opens without a connection, and Chrome and Edge can install it as an app.
  • In your language. Menus and dialogs in the languages below (Settings), and new documents with each language's fonts and page setup.

About VibeOffice.work

VibeOffice.work: Quire (documents), Ledger (spreadsheets) and Lectern (presentations).

Everything runs in your browser; documents are opened and saved on your own computer. The Recent Files list keeps a copy of each file in this browser so it can be reopened; Clear Recent Documents removes them.

Font names are used solely to identify the fonts specified in documents and to maintain interoperability with Office Open XML files and the applications that create them; such names may be trademarks of their respective owners. VibeOffice renders text with the fonts installed on your computer. Where a specified font is not installed, VibeOffice substitutes an open-source font supplied with it or another font available on your computer, and the document may therefore appear differently than in other applications. VibeOffice does not include or distribute any commercial font software.
